Cloverleaf Standardbred Owners Association, Inc., a Maryland non-profit organization, organized for the betterment of harness racing.

Stronger Representation
There is power in numbers.  By becoming a member of C.S.O.A. you not only help yourself but help your fellow horsemen. Cloverleaf S.O.A. has been instrumental in numerous legislative actions to improve harness racing, including state funding to increase purses and obtained one of the lowest tax takeouts in the country.  Ongoing efforts on your behalf with the State Legislature, Maryland Racing Commission as well as Ocean Downs and Rosecroft continue daily.
