Dear Members:
Ballots have been mailed for the 2024 Cloverleaf Board of Directors Annual Election. If you choose to cast your ballot by mail, please mark the ballot and return it in the addressed envelope enclosed, which must be signed by you to make your ballot valid. In accordance with the by-laws, this office must receive it no later than the close of the last business day prior to the Annual Meeting (August 14, 2024).
In lieu of mailing the ballot, you may, during the one hour the polls are open immediately prior to the annual meeting on August 15, 2024 at the Events Center inside the Ocean Downs Casino from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm, cast your own ballot only. Hand carried ballots delivered for another person will not be accepted by the Election Committee.
For member’s convenience there will be a ballot box located at Ocean Downs for members to cast their properly executed envelope (inscribed with his or her signature on the outside of the envelope with ballot inside).
