Identify and advocate for changes to racing rules that will promote integrity and a level playing field for horsemen and women. Priority: To work with the MRC and racetracks to promote integrity, including faster resolution of alleged violations and possible changes to drug testing.

Legislative Affairs
Represent Cloverleaf in dealing with its lobbyists, state and local officials, the Maryland Racing Commission and other horse organizations. Priorities: Protect harness racing and maintain/increase purse levels. Maintain a positive presence with Maryland politicians and other officials.

Publicity/Newsletter/Social Media/Website/Market & Promotions
Publicize harness racing in Maryland. Work with Rosecroft and Ocean Downs on Marketing. Maintain website. Priority: To establish strong relationships with our stakeholders, including racetracks, bettors and neighboring communities, and to increase handle. 1. Rides in starter car, 2. Rides on two-seat jog cart, 3. Electronic sign at entrance to Rosecroft, 4. Build up mailing/email list.
