Cloverleaf Standardbred Owners' Association is a
non-profit organization, formed in 1960. Its
membership consist of owners, trainers, drivers, and
grooms of harness horses participating in Maryland, as
well as other interested parties involved in the
Standardbred racing industry.
Cloverleaf SOA is the parent company of Clover
Enterprises, Inc., which owns and operates Rosecroft
Raceway.
Cloverleaf SOA is recognized by the State of Maryland as
the official organization representing the owners,
trainers, drivers, and grooms in matters dealing with
the Maryland Racing Commission.
Cloverleaf SOA exists for the purpose of promoting the
sport of harness racing through benefits provided to the
owners, trainers, drivers, and grooms in the harness
racing industry.
